Thanks to all who came to hear Jon and Tina Thomas at last Wednesday night’s discussion. They described what their mission is like and what part they played in the distribution of bibles written in many languages.

BARBARA REMAINS IN THE HOSPITAL AND NEEDS BLOOD DONORS FOR MORE TRANSFUSIONS. SHE IS ALSO HAVING TROUBLE SLEEPING AND REQUEST TAPES OF PASTOR NELSON’S SERMONS.

C H U R C H  E V E N T S

Our Greens Peak potluck is next Sunday. We will have a late afternoon potluck after church to go view the changing colors of the leaves. It’s always fun! Bring warm clothes or a blanket (or both) AND a chair to sit on. Utensils and plates are provided. There will be a café sign on the left side of the road to direct you to our picnic site. You might follow someone up.

Board Meeting 3:30 TOMORROW, October 7th in the

Fellowship Hall. (This is an open meeting to all members who wish to attend).
